Dear Sir,

We would like to confirm that we are interested to participate in online events of Motodeals Auction to be held on www.motodeals.co.in Portal or mobile application, hereinafter referred as, “Portal.”

Further, we agree and undertake to accept the covenants and abide by the all terms and conditions attached to the Motodeals Auction Portal. We further understand that, the said Portal is just a mode or platform for sale/disposal of the vehicles to be auctioned. Aithor Technologies, the owner of the Portal, is not a party to any transaction with respect to sale, auction whatsoever and the said Portal shall not be held liable for any loss, discrepancy in that regard.

Moreover, we further understand that any bid placed by us on the said Portal shall be legally binding on us and we shall be liable for the requisite performance. Subsequent to the placement of the said bids, we agree and understand that in the event we fail to honour the bids placed, we shall be liable to be disqualified and debarred from participating in all future events of www.motodeals.co.in Portal or mobile application, while also being solely liable to face legal consequences for any financial losses incurred by the company or their client, who is the Seller on the said Portal.

Similarly, we further comprehend that in the event, if bid is approved by the Seller for any of the vehicle/s, we shall undertake to fulfil our purchase commitment by paying the requisite amounts to the Seller for the vehicle/s bid for and taking delivery immediately from the Seller within stipulated period as specifically described on the said Portal. We understand that, the final decision for sale of any vehicle will be at the sole discretion of Seller and we undertake to not challenge and/or dispute the any decision made by the Seller in that regard.

We further confirm and state that we are not working as collection agency/field investigation agency/repossession agency for any bank / financial institution that, we are not the owner/maintaining in charge /lease owner of any of the bank’s stockyards / warehouse of repossessed vehicles.
